Somewhere along the way, you disappeared.

It's time to find yourself again.

SANDRA JARVIS | Post-Traumatic Growth Coach

For some reason, your needs and wants have never felt quite as important as everyone else's.

maybe you were a stay at home mom whose whole identity was her kids
Maybe you were raised to believe selflessness is the highest virtue
Maybe you put your own education on hold and never went back
Maybe you were the woman everyone came to in a crisis
Maybe you stayed in a difficult marriage for the sake of your kids

At the time, putting your dreams on hold felt like the right thing to do.

But now you're older. Things are quieter.

And you're left standing in the middle of a life that looks fine from the outside... wondering why it feels so empty.

Maybe what's missing is YOU.

Sandra

Hi...I'm Sandra!

And I know what it feels like to be that woman.

For most of my life I was her — supporting everyone I loved while my own wants and needs quietly faded into the background. From the outside looking in, I was fine. Good, even.

But inside, I was losing track of me.

I didn't realize how far I'd faded until a cosmic course correction cracked my life wide open. I woke up in the hospital and realized I was going to have to fight for my life — but honestly, the life I was living didn't seem like it was worth the fight.

When I started asking, "What would be worth fighting for?" — that's when everything changed.

For the first time, I could see all kinds of options opening up before me. And I realized I had a choice — keep disappearing, or finally come home to myself.

I chose me.

So where are you right now?

And where do you want to be?

Imagine waking up one morning feeling genuinely curious about your day. Knowing what you want. Open to what's possible. With a plan to get there. Instead of fading into the background, you show up for life in a way you never have before.

That's not a fantasy. It's what happens when a woman decides to come home to herself.
